A student can know the theory and struggle to apply it. An employee can finish training and still need help when the situation comes up at work. People need opportunities to practise, with guidance that helps them improve.
AI makes that need more visible. When an answer is easy to generate, we need ways to see how someone thinks and uses what they know. Learning to use AI with sound judgement is part of that work too.
We build education and training around the skills people need to use, in a format that makes sense for them.
Our roots are in gaming and esports, where coaching turns practice into a way to improve. Players work through challenges, review their decisions and return with something specific to work on. That approach informs how we think about learning.
We bring it into classroom games and workplace simulations, and into the programmes we develop and deliver with education partners. We also train educators and continue to coach players, campus teams and national talent.
The starting point is what people need to learn. Together, we choose the content, format and support that will help them practise it.
Education, upskilling and esports programmes shaped around your learners.
Start with the part you need help with. We can build one learning experience or work with your team through a wider programme.
We work with you to identify the audience, the skills they need and where current learning falls short. That gives the project a clear purpose.
A simulation, a taught course or a coaching programme can serve different needs. We help shape the format and the content around your goals.

We can train teachers, faculty or coaches to deliver the programme. Your team helps review the content and plan how it will fit into their work.
We agree on how to review the programme, then use participant feedback and learning evidence to guide the next steps with your team.
Braeden Plein and F. Javier Bernal founded Gosu Academy with a shared mission: to better prepare the next generation for the world ahead. Braeden had eight years in gaming as a creator, coach, and founder of eAthlete Labs, and has since been named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for education. Javier added 11+ years of global strategy and operations experience from Monitor Deloitte and Radisson Hotel Group. Their combined experience shapes how Gosu works: connecting game design and coaching with the practical demands of education and programme delivery.
We shape each programme around the people and context it will serve.
